Experience

Ms. Coppola counsels corporate clients in commercial, employment, and business matters and has advised numerous financial institutions and health care providers on corporate compliance issues. Her extensive trial experience includes work as lead trial counsel in business disputes, insurance litigation, and construction-related disputes. She has successfully tried numerous high-exposure cases to verdict in both state and federal court. She also has successfully argued appeals at all appellate levels, including the New York Court of Appeals. During her career, Ms. Coppola served as law clerk to Honorable H. Kenneth Schroeder, Jr., Federal Magistrate Judge.
