I counsel clients and other attorneys on creating value from intellectual property by strategically protecting, enforcing and licensing trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other intellectual property rights. I also counsel businesses and not-for-profit organizations on general business matters such as formation, operation, dissolution and governance. My practice ranges from advising on transactional matters such as contract drafting, to resolving and/or litigating business disputes.

I am also actively engaged in researching ways new technologies can drive innovation in the practice of law and the delivery of legal services.
