As a trial lawyer, I focus my practice on complex tort litigation with an emphasis on trucking and transportation liability, toxic tort liability, product liability, and premises liability. I also practice in the areas of personal injury litigation and criminal defense. I currently represent national and local companies as well as individuals in both federal and state courts. I also practice at the Appellate level, handling appeals in New York State courts. My objective is to meet my client's legal needs while also making them comfortable with the legal process.
