Roberta is owner of RLB Coaching & Career Consulting, LLC and specializes in life and career coaching and career consulting services.  She works one-on-one with individuals who are interested in growing both personally and professionally.  In addition to offering her clients personalized coaching services, she also offers career consulting services which include; resume writing & enhancement, interview skills assessment and training, and job search techniques, strategies and resources.

Roberta has over 17 years experience in Human Resources Management within the Health Care, Banking, and Manufacturing Industries working primarily in Talent Acquisition, Talent Assessment, & Talent Development .  She is certified in the WorkPlace Big Five Personality Assessment and qualified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  She has worked with senior and mid-level management acting as a trusted advisor in the recruiting, relocation, performance management, and talent development areas within HR. 

She has a bachelors degree in Psychology from Fredonial State University and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She is a certified professional coach through the Coach Training Alliance. 

She is a member of the Orchard Park Chamber of Commerce, the Business Connections II group of Orchard Park, the Coach Training Alliance, the Canisius College Women in Networking Group and a mentor at UB.
